GetFundedAfrica Celebrates its 3-year Anniversary: Reflecting on the Journey and Looking Forward to the Future

The day started with almost everyone working remotely coming to the office, where they were greeted with a festive atmosphere and a sense of camaraderie.
The celebration began with a speech from Adebola Omololu, the co-founder/CEO who talked about the inception of the company, the journey that led to the creation of GetFundedAfrica and the milestones to come. He also shared the vision behind the company and how it has grown to become a leading platform for connecting startups with investors in Africa. The co-founder/CCO, Tunji Oke also took the stage and talked about the recruitment of both the pioneer and current staff and the importance of the people in the company. He stated that since the company started during the pandemic, the first team members met 18 months after the company had started. He also emphasized that GetFundedAfrica’s success is a result of the hard work, dedication and passion of its employees.
The celebration also featured awards and promotions, recognizing the contributions of employees who have gone above and beyond to help the company achieve its goals.
