GetFundedAfrica Launches Founder Fundraising Program

GetFundedAfrica, Africa’s leading venture-service firm (venture service definition: a company that helps businesses source funding from venture capital firms, angel investors and family investment firms), has launched an innovative Fundraising Program for business Founders in Africa.

Going beyond theory, the program is focused on a specific outcome – enabling African business Founders raise significant amounts of funding to grow and scale their businesses and provide value in society.

The Founder Fundraising Program is an 8-week course, exclusively for Founders & Co-Founders and will take place in a hybrid format (live & online).

According to GetFundedAfrica’s Head of Learning & Development, Efe Ogundowole “Record amounts of capital are being raised in Africa by startup founders, but the reality is much more needs to be raised to support businesses that solve problems in Africa. As a leading venture service firm in Africa, GetFundedAfrica is focused on developing investor ready founders who can raise funds successfully to scale their ideas”.

Get a head start in the venture capital/private equity industry and learn about the best investment opportunities, gain knowledge and build a winning network.

What is the estimated time commitment?

When inducted into the program, it takes 3 months to complete. On average, you will be required to dedicate 1-3 hours per week during the program.

How is the course designed?

You will have course work to complete, assignments and weekly virtual sessions (masterclasses, fireside chats, Q&A) with the GetFundedAfrica Faculty as well as special guests from across the world.

Do users receive a certificate or accreditation after completing the course?

Yes, Users get a verifiable Remsana Academy certificate of participation upon completion of the course.
