Zoho Opens New Headquarters and Training Centre in Nairobi, Kenya

Zoho has announced the opening of its new office in Westlands, Nairobi in order to cater to its growing customer base in Kenya.

The office, which is currently undergoing renovations, will be ready for operations in April and will also house a modern training centre for Zoho’s customers and partners. The announcement was made on the sidelines of Zoholics Kenya, the company’s annual user conference.

It will be Zoho’s first physical office in Kenya. The new office’s training centre, equipped with a high-tech video conference facility, will accommodate up to 40 attendees at any given time. This will provide an environment for Zoho’s customers and partners in Kenya to engage, learn, and have hands-on interactions with the company’s industry-leading suite of 55+ business software solutions.

“We are thrilled to open our new office in Kenya,” said Veerakumar Natarajan, Country Head – Kenya, Zoho Corp. “We believe that our on-ground presence in Kenya will help us serve our customers in the country better. Zoho is committed to investing in local talent to provide the best possible service to its customers, this also reflects our strategy for business growth and expansion—transnational localism, in which we aim to be locally rooted while being globally connected. We look forward to working closely with the local businesses and empowering them digitally to drive growth and innovation.”

Over the past year, Zoho has experienced growth in Kenya, with a 48% increase in revenue and a rise in the number of employees. In addition, Zoho’s partner network in Kenya has grown by 33% in 2022, a testament to the company’s dedication towards building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with its partners in the nation. Zoho’s growth in Kenya can be attributed to the popularity of its flagship products, which include Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, Zoho Desk, and its VAT and TIMS-compliant applications—Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Inventory.

The launch of the Zoho Africa Digital Enabler (ZADE) package has also been received well since its launch in Kenya last year, with numerous businesses expressing interest in the program. ZADE is designed to aid small businesses in achieving digital transformation at an affordable cost, by equipping them with the same tools employed by large enterprises to manage their operations.
