Tix,  whose founders are Nosa Oyegun and Folayemi Agustolaunched the beta for its platform in 2019. The idea behind the startup drew inspiration from the successful yet highly disorganized #EatDrinkFestival.

With it’s first version, users could only buy tickets and organizers could only list an event. Today organizers can create and monetize a live online event, receive payment via Paystack, and much more.
